Quick answers about orders, shipping and returns.
Every item is printed just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart in the photos before you order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right. See the next question.
Email us at support@wildflowergoldshop.com as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. Once we confirm the problem, we'll send a free replacement or a refund.
Orders go into production quickly. Email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to cancel or change it. After production starts, we can't guarantee changes.
Printing takes about 2–5 business days. Shipping time then depends on your country (see the Shipping box above). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships, and your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
Shipping depends on your address and the items in your cart. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Our unisex shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies have a classic, relaxed fit. Check the size chart in the product photos and in the Description. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
